Herbal 'teas' do not actually contain tea leaves, but consist of herbs, berries and/or spices; they are also known as 'tisanes'.
Many herbal blends, such as those containing chamomile or Rooibos(red bush) are known for their soothing properties; others, such as those containing ginger or peppermint, for their energizing properties. Herbal blends contain no caffeine. When preparing herbal tea, infuse the herbs in water that's just below boiling point and steep for 5 minutes. We hope you enjoy our fine herbal blends.
